We want you to be happy with Real Estate Video. This policy explains when you can get a refund.
New subscriptions. If you haven't created any new listing with a subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for it.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't want, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, as long as you haven't created a new listing in the new billing period.
Partially used periods. After you've created a listing in a billing period, that period's charge is non-refundable. We don't offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing to stop future charges, and your plan stays active until the period ends.
What happens after a refund. A full refund ends that subscription immediately and removes its remaining listing allowance. Your other subscriptions are not affected.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used it to create a listing yet. After the listing is created, the purchase is non-refundable.
The free trial is free. No payment is collected, so there is nothing to refund.
If a video can't be delivered because of a problem on our side, contact us. We'll fix it, restore your allowance, or refund the charge.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge and the plan. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
