Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to realestatevideo.io and the Real Estate Video service. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Real Estate Video helps users turn property photos and related materials into edited real estate videos using camera movement, virtual staging, photo enhancement, visual effects, captions, music, and other AI or media-processing tools. Features, supported formats, generation limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, listing details, text, audio, and other materials you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and produce the outputs you request.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and process User Content, including permissions relating to property images, people, trademarks, music, and personal information. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, or privacy-violating material.

Generated Content and Property Accuracy

AI-generated or edited content may contain errors, artifacts, or elements that differ from the actual property. Virtual staging, enhancement, lighting changes, object removal, and visual effects may materially change how a property appears.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it and for complying with real estate advertising, fair housing, consumer protection, disclosure, platform, and professional rules applicable to you. You must not use generated content to misrepresent a property or conceal material facts. Where required or appropriate, clearly disclose that media has been digitally edited or virtually staged.

Generated content may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that an output will be free from third-party claims or suitable for a particular listing, platform, or legal purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or private content.
• Bypass usage limits, security controls, billing, or access restrictions.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its infrastructure except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use outputs to falsely represent a property's condition, features, availability, ownership, or location.

Plans, Credits, and Payments

Prices, included usage, credit consumption, renewal terms, and plan limits are shown on the pricing or checkout page and form part of these Terms. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees and taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Generation attempts can fail because of invalid inputs, provider failures, moderation, or technical limits; any credit restoration or retry eligibility is governed by the product rules displayed at the time of use.

We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively alter fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law.

Our Intellectual Property

The service, website, software, interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Real Estate Video and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, media, and payment services. Their availability and processing may affect your results. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and your use of them may also be subject to their terms.

Availability and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or business reasons. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, output accuracy, property accuracy, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate Video and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, listings, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Real Estate Video during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Video and its personnel from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your published outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or dispute procedures that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Revised Terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. If a material change affects existing paid services, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
